Per article: Mrs. Stasse came to Hoboken as a child, graduated from Hoboken High School (now Demarest High School [in 1957]), studied at the Teachers' Training School, Hoboken. Taught fourth and fifth grades at School No. 8.

Mr. Stasse is an architect in New York with offices in the Flatiron Building and is in partnership with the firm Stasse and Caulfield, architect and engineer, Hoboken. He was on the planning board of the City of Hoboken.
