Sample ticket: Erie-Lackawanna Railroad Round Trip Mid-Week Coach Ticket. For travel from and to Hoboken to destination to be entered. Form MW-1. Inkstamped on reverse, August 2, 1965. Printed paper (bond weight), one side, 2-5/8" wide x 7-7/8" high. Ink-stamped on reverse as noted below. One punched hole (conductor's punch) on each ticket section plus one round centered hole in top section.
Ticket in 3 sections with perforation lines for separating.
Top panel: Agent's Stub
Middle panel: Mid-Week Coach Ticket, _____ To Hoboken, Return Coupon
Bottom panel: Mid-Week Coach Ticket, Hoboken to _____, Going Coupon
Since "Going Coupon" is at bottom and would have been "Not Good if Detached", this ticket was only for a trip starting in Hoboken and thus only for issue by agents at Hoboken (Lackawanna) Terminal.
