While many changes were made to the current agreement of Dec. 3, 1935, the major change was the "so-called National Forty-Hour Week Agreement" in which 8 hours was a day of work and the work week was five days of 8 hours each. This supplemental agreement was signed in Hoboken as recorded on page 10.
