Blueprint drawing: Proposed Manufacturing Plant, General Foods Corp., [Hoboken], 1937. Francisco & Jacobus, Engineers & Architects, New York, Chicago, April 29, 1937.
Ca. 11" high x 17" wide sheet.
Scale: 1 inch = 60 feet.
Reverse has a pencil sketch and ink office stamp: Francisco & Jacobus, April 20, 1937, Issued.
Although there is no compass point, the (river) bulkhead line named at the top of the drawing would orient it as the top being generally the eastern direction. Note the railroad tracks.
This drawing would appear to be an early conceptual layout for what was built as the Maxwell House Coffee plant that opened in 1939.
