Printed paper, 17" high x 22" wide, folded to 5-3/4" high x 11-3/16" wide. Printed two sides side in black and red. Bilingual ballot with text in English and Spanish. Name and address of voter has been redacted.

The general election was a national election for U.S. President; in New Jersey for U.S. Senate seat, U.S. House of Representatives seat and Hudson County Clerk. The ballot also had state public questions as well as three Hoboken public questions plus an election for the Hoboken Board of Education.
