The view is west to the building with the reflecting pool east of it. Sometimes referred to on maps and literature as Tenth Street Park, it is now called Columbus Park. The park has been redone and the pool no longer exists.
The pavilion is centered between Ninth and Tenth Streets. The view here is from Clinton Street.
