City of Hoboken document with City Clerk file notations. Notable is the approved dated (April 31, 1892) inkstamp of the Mayor (Edward R. Stanton) plus his fascimile signature inkstamp.

Meyer & Steneck was a partnership of Frederick Meyer and John Steneck based at 94 River St and 222 River St. (Modern street numbers and not known if these were correct for 1892.)
