Printed coverweight paper, 2-1/2" x 4" wide. Imprinted TERM PASS at top front. Serial number C 369. Validated by signature of G.[George] J. Ray, Vice President. Signed on back by Parish.
A courtesy pass for rail travel issued by the Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad to a travel agent for a railroad with which the D.L.&W. had a business relationship including leased routes.
The back has the usual printed conditions as well an added restriction which is inkstamped on the back: NOT GOOD FOR DAILY TRAVEL BETWEEN RESIDENCE AND PLACE OF BUSINESS.
