Original: single folio folded to  pages, 6" x 9" high.
Cover depicts "Promise Fulfilled" a $22,000,000 Waterfront Development with the Port of New York Authority. Commissioners Borelli and Gallo voted for the program; Commissioners Borrone and Grogan voted "NO." Back cover depicts another fulfilled promise: a rendering of Jackson Gardens, "one of the Low-Cost Housing Projects." Pages [2-3] has two "A Platform Promise": Modern City Stadium (shown in an artist's rendering) and map of the western portion of Hoboken showing a proposed express highway to facilitate traffic between the Lincoln and Holland Tunnels.
