Graduation of Rita Hildemann from this school which was at 305 Garden Street. A new School No. 1 building (later to be known as David E. Rue) was built on the lot south of it (corner of Third and Garden) and is listed as opening in 1914 - presumably in September. She would have been in the last graduating class from the old School No. 1.
Printed paper, ca. 16" x 22", engrossed and signed; seal with emboss; major losses to left and bottom affecting signatures. Signed by Superintendent A.J. Demarest and Board of Education officers. PDF on file.
