Eleven City of Hoboken property tax bills from 1949-1973 to the Estate of James Miller for 716 Bloomfield St., Hoboken. James Miller was the grandfather of Florence and Madeline Miller.
Note the city slogan in 1949: The City of Diversified Industry. The "The" was dropped on later ones.
In the late 1950's the rates were changed from a tax rate per $1000 valuation to a tax rate per $100 valuation.
