A court action in regards to real estate in the Town of West Seneca, N.Y. on the Buffalo Creek Reservation of the Seneca Tribe or Nation of Indians. Mary H. Miller (Mary Henry Markey) as executrix of the estate of James Miller plus Florence and Madeline Miller, as sole devisees of the estate of James Miller are among the over 40 defendants.
Apparently this is the land that James Miller had an interest in through the Avery Farm Land Company for whom Dark was the trustee.
