Regarding an investigation of the government appropriation of the piers, management by the War Department and U.S. Shipping Board, revenues and current conditions of the Hoboken piers.

Followed by: Justice James F. Minturn's April 7, 1925 instructions to a Grand Jury investigating the Hoboken piers follows the editorials. At the end is the Sept. 25th presentment of the Grand Jury's findings in this inquest.
