Scope & Content Group of 17 idenfication file cards from the Bethlehem Steel Company, Hoboken Yard, Hoboken, no date, ca. 1938-1950. A broken run of cards numbered 754-771. The 3-1/8" high x 5" wide printed cards (one side only) were completed with typewritten data, "mug shot"-style photo and right thumb print of the employee along with their signature and that of a company representative. The card attests to their U.S. citizenship and being an accredited representative of the Bethelehem Steel Company.

All the employees here were men photographed in business dress suggesting that they were office workers and/or managers.
