Photo of girl on front cover swimming with this flotation device (not truly a life vest.) Interior images are the ABC's with drawings and text of how to open, inflate and tie it on.

The mark "Water-Wings" is a registered trade mark of Ayvad Water-Wings, Inc., Hoboken, N.J.
Manufactured by Ayvad Water-Wings, Inc., Hoboken, N.J.
Type fonts and illustrations suggests the date range for this item. Apparently at some time in the early 1940s the company moved to Union City, N.J. as listed in the 1946 Industrial Directory of New Jersey.
The back cover uses the Water-Wings logotype with an asterisk for "Pat. Pending." The product itself was patented decades earlier, so the pending patent may have been for the logo design.
One known location in Hoboken was at 1023-1027 Clinton Street.
