Also known as A. Schmidt's Pharmacy. Located at Fourth St. & Willow Ave., Hoboken, across from (then) Saint Mary Hospital from the late 1800s to at least the 1970s(?)

Address often stated on labels as: Fourth St. & Willow Ave., Hoboken, N.J. Opp. St. Mary's Hospital.

Address was 267 Fourth St., Hoboken.
