Printed cover weight paper, 1-5/8" high x 2-11/16" wide (perforation at right edge indicating it was part of the full round trip ticket.); serial number 20 9898 (last four digits imprinted separately in red.) Date perforation: +51704 Reverse is blank.
Rail travel between New York and points in New Jersey began and ended at Lackawanna Terminal in Hoboken. A ferry ride was required to and from New York. The ticket states: This company assumes no duty or liability as carrier across the Hudson River; its duty and liability as carrier begin and end at Hoboken.
"Good only Thirty Days from date of sale as indicated by stamp on back." (No stamp seen; apparently the perforated date replaced the stamp.)
