Single folio tan printed paper, 5-1/2" x 8-1/2" high, [4] pp. With: printed pink paper insert, half leaf, 5-1/2" x 8-1/2": 'Union Club Building, Hoboken, New Jersey'; 'Bottled Goods.'

The bar menu is priced and lists beers & stout, cocktails, gin drinks, cordials, specials, brandy, rye, scotch, bottle goods, domestic wine,soft drinks.

The inserted leaf with priced 'Bottled Goods' is a more extensive list of offerings than the same category ('Bottle Goods') listed in the four-page menu.
