Ticket: Fresh Air Excursion Delaware, Lackawanna & Western Railroad Co. Printed green security paper (Association Ticket Paper), 2-5/8" high x 9" wide; three perforations. Conductor's punch on each section. Reverse is ink stamped sample as noted below. Three each.
Inkstamped on reverse: Sample, Jun -3 1943, Rand McNally & Co.
Three coupons or sections: Going Coupon; Return Trip; Agent's Stub. There is a 9/16" wide unprinted stub at left end which presumably would be where tickets would have been stapled together as a book.
The Return coupon has the "conditions of Contract" - In consideration of the reduced fare at which this ticket is sold, it is good only for the transporations of persons 17 years of age and over. No stop-over will be allowed. W. H. Dominick, Passenger Traffic Manager."
Hoboken does not appear on the form. No ferry coupon is present.
