Pink vinyl storage sleeve, 3-3/4" wide x 2-1/16" high, imprinted in dull gold (now sepia tone); clear plastic folded rain hat with integral ribbon ties, size not measured. Louis De Pascale ran for re-election in 1969 and 1973. Not determined which election this is from. Council candidates were Robert Gallo, Bernard Scrivani and Stephen Mongiello.
