Sold to Timken (he served later as Hoboken's Mayor from 1883-1886) and his heirs for $123 by the Mayor and Council of the City of Hoboken for plot letter "T" in "Prospect Mound" in Section lettered "M" on said map "being a circular plot surrounded by Timken Path."
