Hoboken Historic Sites Walking Tour. No date, ca. 1985-86. Issued by Hoboken Professional and Retail Business Association. Updated and revised version of 1976 edition. Created by the the Community Development Agency. Single sheet, 18-1/2" high x 24" wide, printed both sides, folded to 9-1/4" x 12". Front panel has logo of business association Full interior (reverse) has printed text with 43 numbered and described sites on the the tour (earlier version had 34). A map with key numbers is at center. Text titled "Preservation Hoboken-Style" on one panel is same text with some small deletions. All leaves are Somerset paper, circa 8-5/8" x 11-1/8" high (variations in size are minor), deckled or torn all edges. Photographer not indicated, but presumably taken by a member of the Radigan (or Rattigan) family. Reverse has print processor's batch number 60; modern ballpoint ink: O.L.G. View is southwest of the facade. Note at left Saint Mary Hospital. Donor's father, James Radigan (or Rattigan, 1919-1989), was Building Manager for Our Lady of Grace from 1938-1963. He may have been the photographer for this photo.
