Original image is from Hoboken Public Library Historical Image Collection no. 368. View is northeast from Hoboken City Hall with shops seen on the east side of the street. Wordelmann's Bakery is at 95 Washington St.; Prudential Outfitting Co. is at 97 Washington St. The marching unit seen is composed of boys in military dress with parade rifles.

Printed information brochure with inserts: Hudson Tea Building, Toll Brothers, City Living. Hoboken, 2006-2008. 9" x 9" with 'Hudson Tea' tea bag tag tie closure. Inserted: 12 leaves with area, site and floor plans along with descriptions of amenities and services plus a price list. The buildings at 1500 Washington and 1500 Hudson Streets were the former Lipton Tea / Standard Brands building. This brochure with the title "Hudson Tea" includes the address (on the back) of a sales office at 93 Washington Street which closed circa early 2007. The brochure with pocket was produced 2006 ("copyright 2006") with inserts having dates on them from "1/06" to "3/08" with the price list as "April 27,
