Color photographs printed on heavyweight gloss cardstock, 4-1/4" x 5-1/2"; image orientation varies vertically or horizontally. Photographs by Brian Gallagher, a Hoboken realtor and published by him. Edition size unstated. Cards have Hoboken scenes of streets and buildings. Gallagher produced an earlier 2000s series in a different format. A few subjects remain in this new series, but it apparently features modern photographs (with one obvious exception, no. 24 - Clam Broth House) and format. 1985 wall calendar from Schoning's City Hall Bake Shop, 95 Washington St, Hoboken NJ. Upper portion is molded die-cut cardboard of two black scottie dogs looking through window of a mushroom house. This business was sold and renovated ca. 1988. It is now Carlo's City Hall Bake Shop.

The business is at 95 Washington St. across from Hoboken City Hall and was for about a half-century, Schoning's City Hall Bake Shop. Carlo's was at other locations in Hoboken until taking over this location ca. 1990. One of a series of 36 numbered photo postcards "Made in Hoboken." All are titled on the image (front) side: "Greetings form Hoboken: Birthplace of Baseball and Frank Sinatra." Numbering and description of the image are on the reverse.

Wall pockets with calendars imprinted: Schoning's City Hall Bake Shop, 95 Washington St. Hoboken, N.J. 1980 and 1981. Vinyl plastic over cardboard, 5-1/2" wide x 8-3/4" high x 1-3/4" deep; clear plastic pocket on front with printed calendar sheets inserted (calendars are pads of 12 leaves.) The version from 1980 is red vinyl and 1981 is black. Both are imprinted in dull gold on the vinyl backboard below the hang hole. Other text: "Party Cakes Our Specialty"and below address "(Directly opposite City Hall)". From the former Kostelecky family residence and business at 218 Bloomfield St., Hoboken.
