Original signed legal document with map: Agreement Between The Hoboken Land & Improvement Co. and The Manor Real Estate and Trust Co. (subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Railroad Co.) for the sale of real estate in Hoboken, N.J., 1899. 7pp. plus fold-out blueprint map, stapled in wrapper. For the sale or lease of the river front land and pier on the Hudson River between 10th & 11th Sts., Hoboken. It was then the location of the N.J. Yacht Club. Pennsylvania Railroad used it until the 1930's for repair of ferries. From 1939 to 2004, it was the main entrance and parking lot for the Maxwell House Coffee plant, now demolished. Pamphlet: Baseball's First Regular Game. Commemorating the 100th Anniversary of the Nine-Man Game Played Between Organized Teams at Hoboken, New Jersey, on June 19, 1846. "Booklet was prepared by General Foods Corporation as a service for sports editors in particular, and all baseball fans in general." [Hoboken], 1946. 6" x 9" high, [12] pp, illustrated. Hoboken had a centennial celebration for the event. General Foods includes a photo of the Maxwell House Coffee plant in Hoboken which covers the area where the game was played plus a short history of the plant. Also a view of the bronze sign that was placed at Eleventh and Hudson Sts. See related.

A masked ball presented by the Hoboken Historical Museum (its second, a benefit for the museum) and the City of Hoboken, Mayor David Roberts. Event was chaired by Jane (Yana) Kizlauskas. Program designed by Claire Lukacs. "Hot Nights" logo design by Bridget Figur. Ball was held in tents on the waterfront pier at Eleventh St. and the Hudson River of the former Maxwell House Coffee plant.
