Original signed legal document with map: Agreement Between The Hoboken Land & Improvement Co. and The Manor Real Estate and Trust Co. (subsidiary of the Pennsylvania Railroad Co.) for the sale of real estate in Hoboken, N.J., 1899. 7pp. plus fold-out blueprint map, stapled in wrapper. For the sale or lease of the river front land and pier on the Hudson River between 10th & 11th Sts., Hoboken. It was then the location of the N.J. Yacht Club. Pennsylvania Railroad used it until the 1930's for repair of ferries. From 1939 to 2004, it was the main entrance and parking lot for the Maxwell House Coffee plant, now demolished. The major portion of the contents is "Hoboken's Waterfront. An Essay by Sada Fretz." The inside back cover is a map with a list of 16 Hoboken locations used in the film with a thumbnail photo of the matching scene from the movie.
