Recounts the dedication of a park to a victim of the September 11, 2001 World Trade Center attack. Centered on the Memorial Flag produced by the Glenwood Primary School of Rome, Georgia including its immediate history. The author also discusses his personal witnessing of the attack, reactions and activities with his wife, Brenda King, and others.
