Black wood frame with glass, 12" x 18" ---- Hillside Loft operated by Vinnie Torre and Lynne Earing in Hoboken until June 2015 when it moved to Wayne, N.J. For many years they were associated with or served as officers of the Hudson County Homing Pigeon Club, Newark St., Hoboken.

Cage front doors from pigeon coops used for housing racing pigeons, Hoboken, no date, circa 1960 -1980. Four each: wood framing with dowels, cut out hinged drop door; side hinges for opening cage; metal thumbtacks for identification cards; whitewash finish, worn and soiled. Typical dimensions: 17-1/2" wide x 12-1/2" high x 3/4" deep; rough homemade construction so dimensions vary. Two have doors at the left side, two have doors at the right. Two lack the side hinges. Two have later repairs for broken dowels. Used (and probably made) by Vincent Torre of Hoboken for his rooftop pigeon coop. A member of Hudson County Homing Pigeon Club, Hoboken.
