4-1/4" x 6-1/2" high. Photograph taken by Lay [Studio], either 628 Washington St., Hoboken, N.J. or 33 W. 8th St. opp. Depot, Bergen Point, N.J. (Gold imprint in lower margin with both studio locations.) Reverse is blank.
Man is not identified.
The address with uncommon Bergen Point name is the same as some other Lay photos held in the collections except that they state Bayonne. Bergen Point had been part of Bayonne since the 1860s.
Proprietor of studio was Herman Norton Lay.
