At the DeBaun Auditorium, Stevens Institute of Technology, Fifth and Hudson Streets. 11" wide x 17" high. Signed by John Davis and three relatives of Thomas Wiggins, names not legible and thus not transcribed. Reverse is blank.

Thomas Wiggins was known in his era as "Blind Tom."
