Two-piece tubular wood sleeve, 3/8" diameter x 1-7/16" long; container wrapped with printed paper label; contents is a machined metal tube for holding pencil leads and designed for use in Leroy pen holders and scribers.
No location other than "Made in U.S.A." on the label. K&E main offices and factory were in Hoboken during the period when this was manufactured.
